Hi, I’m Megan Smith, founder of Product with a Purpose, a 501(c)(3) non-profit boutique and tea bar in Ship Bottom, NJ. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment and skills training. We aim to build confidence, independence, and purpose, with a focus on inclusion.
With over 80% unemployment for individuals with disabilities, we offer opportunities in our boutique, tea bar, and through local partnerships, benefiting both employees and the community.
We’re seeking donations, with 100% of funds supporting our mission. Our peak season runs from May to August, and we’re currently hiring and training.
